New Bowling Ball Rack

I finally started my storage of some of m current balls. last night i put together a 20 ball rack.. 5 ball wide and 4 levels tall... buttt since that one is already full and i still have overflow it looks like ill be getting another one hee shortly...maybe i can just make a "for sale" rack..lol

5 out of my 7 Have 1 or more balls so I need to break down and Build A nice rack.
It will have to be as big as I can Make it Because I know in the years to come We will be getting more and more and more ..Ect..ext..ext.... ....

I built one out of pvc pipe that's rated to hold 60 balls at it's current dimensions, but being semi-wise I also built it expandable so it can go up to 120 balls just by adding segments. I've got photos of the process on my photobucket page, but I've not uploaded the finished version yet. Just lazyness on my part.

I'll say this, it's more expensive than wood, but just as sturdy, and I can move it by myself when it's unloaded w/out needing a handtruck or dolly.

Ok, this is going to be a dumb question. Why do you guys keep so many balls? It would seem like you would donate them to the Goodwill or Salvation Army Store or something of that nature if you're not using them. A guy in my old neighborhood made a mailbox post and a lamp out of his old ones.

well i know with me for example I usually bowl in 4 leagues at different centers with all of them havin different shots.. one is heavy oil..light oil...then 2 med oil.. i also bowl alot of tournaments on sport conditions.. I usually take 6 balls with me... In the course of a week ill throw roughly 15 different balls and a tournament week even more..

I just started back last year and I have only 4 balls. Two I have retired but the memory of bowling with them is special, and while I have room for them I can't see letting them go. There a part of my Bowling Journey

I am the same way... i have 2 balls that i should really get rid of since i dont throw them anymore.. but i finished 27th in FL with them my 1st pepsi state trny.. soo its hard to part with them..

i do have a couple 14 and a 15lb ball i need to get rid of my thurs so i can get my fast in friday..
