This year's National Bowling Week is scheduled for Aug. 29-Sept. 5. As with last year’s National Bowling Week festivities, the eighth day, Saturday, Saturday, Sept. 5, is designated for setting a world record for most games bowled in a day. Bowling centers nationwide are being asked to implement events to generate traffic, record the total number of games bowled in a 24-hour period and report the number to Strike Ten Entertainment. Each participating bowler will receive a commemorative certificate of authenticity for their help in setting the world record. Certificates are available at participating centers and in the National Bowling Week sections of Bowl.Com , Bpaa.Com and Gobowling.Com .
