    Default A good bowling ball?

    Hey again, your probably gonna see me around a lot for a couple of weeks since I'm considering of getting a new bowling ball and i have a lot of questions. The only questions i have now is that I'm planning to get a new bowling ball and right now Im not sure whats right for me... Look down for more info.

    First of all heres a little info about me.
    Im 13 and i've bowled for 5 years. 2years normal bowling, 3 with hook.
    I have a Power Groove Reactive which is losing its touch.
    First when i got the PG reactive i bowled between the 5 and 6th arrow from the left side.
    Now i bowl anywhere between 5 - 7th arrow depending on the lane conditions... from the right side.
    I don't mind changing my position and everything for a new ball with lots of hook.

    What I'm looking for in my "new" bowling ball
    Lane conditions : Medium - Heavy medium
    Lots of hook like the Storm energy which i might get. {Not sure yet since im only 13 and i dont know i if i can control the hook}
    And thats pretty much what im looking for. lol not much. Hook, and medium - heavy medium lanes.

    have you looked at the matchmaker feature on Storm's website?
    they'll ask your average, experience level, etc. and make suggestions for a ball that would suit you.
    I have a storm virtual gravity and love it, it's my favorite ball. But it's also pricey.

    I'm biased though, I love storm products. look in the ball review section of this website for some reviews on balls from other manufacturers.

    The furious will be a better all around ball.. The virtual energy NEEDS oil... once the lanes start to dry I have to bag it.. i also have a furious and that ball is a VERY good ball.. It actually out performs some of my high end balls. I would look more to the furious if you want the most use for the ball.

    Oh ok... id have to check the new centre's lanes. The centre im currently bowling @ the lane is medium - heavy oil conditions. Not sure about the new one, it all depends on time. Since the current one is opening a new one near by me ill probably be bowling after school or after dinner. And the lanes will change by then so ill have to test it out a couple of times before i get to buy. DX. Now im considering between the furious and virtual energy

    OH rly now? The hy road is pretty aggressive already O.o. haha i just realized that the virtual energy is really aggressive o.o lol. Is storm fast more aggressive then furious? It looks like the backend of the storm fast is more snappier like you said before. But furious seems to hook more? Opinions?
