#1 I like the camara views.
Now about the bowling release, it looks simular to mine and I have been working on this for months now.
As far as I can see the ending position of the release you want your forarm to end up near your ear and your palm faceing upwards.
Thats what im working on and your lower release is better then mine and I'm working on lofting a bit more to fix this.

You game is pretty good. A side camera angle would be great. There's a couple of things that I picked up on. Your approach could be a little smoother in the last step/release. It appears that you're forcing your arm through your swing. It's hard to see but are you pushing the ball out in front of you to start your pendulum swing? Try letting the weight of the ball in your push out help that pendulum motion and don't force your arm through the swing.

Another would be a more of a knee bend, You also bang your non-sliding toe down after delivery on many shots. You balance at the line needs to improve. The toe bang should disapear with better balance.

When you end your swing, your hand ends up in front of your face. Your hand should come to the right side of your head or ear.

Thank you for the input, The camera was actually a casio exlim (i think)...casio regular camera with a video option.

The knee bend ha definitely been something i've been trying to work on, and i think with more stretching that would be a bit more possible, as the lower knee bend would most likely help with some of the balance issue as well.

As far as forcing my arm through the swing... Yes i do push the ball out on the first step. My armswing is currently much more relaxed than it used to be, but i am definitely working on making it a little more relaxed.

    Thank you for the input.
