We just listened to most of Please Please Me and it's amazing what they've done. The original issue was pretty good, but by golly, the reviewers were right and they've done an incredible job with the sound on this issue. We bought the stereo box set and I predict we'll have the best time listening to the best band of all time, as clear as a bell and somehow as warm as vinyl. I'll have to get her the mono set for her birthday. Almost makes me want to go out and get their rock band title. Nah, if I had any ability I'd have the wife teach me how to play on the real thing.

True, but there's always more involved. We bought the stereo set when it came out and the mono set is on its way for Di's birthday. This morning we're getting ready to listen to Beatle Brunch as is our custom on Sunday mornings.
