we all have em' big thing i do when the slump starts is relax,remeber that i'm here to have fun.then i always go to what i call square one/ my favorite ball at the time favorite start posistion and favorite mark.then take it from there.then adjust accordingly.of course it dosent always work,but it does kinda clear my head up and i tend to calm down and bowl better.
it's different for everybody,but it works for me(or at least seems too)good luck i'm shure it was just one of those bad nights.
