    The biggest problem I see is that you carry the ball much too far. Your 5 step approach is really a 2 1/2 step approach. You don't start moving the ball till after you start your third step. This causes you to have very late timing. It also forces you to muscle the ball. You pull the ball down in to your back swing and also you pull the ball through your delivery.

    Yeah, your pushaway does come pretty late in your approach

    I tried pushing away together with my second step but im having far more timing issues when i do that. when doing my second to the last step my backswing is not at its peak anymore so i have to resort to this. i did saw chris barnes with a little late pushaway too and it does work for him maybe the same way it works for me.

    One other thing i see would be to shorten your first step some as with that big of a step your trying to catch up the rest of the delivery
    Still love the game but had to quit because of my left leg amptation

    I think the video is in slow mo so I can't tell but if your steps are fast I would slow them down a bit because that will help shorten them in my experience.
