    Default 200 avg

You should take a kesson from a PBA pro and have him also look at your equipment.

I played hockey ievry winter, whn it was tiem to give that up, a friend got ,e into bowling.I practiced with him for awhile then had a bakk drilled by a pro and took a lesson. I averaged 185 that year, Urethane balls long oil... I bought a book par bowling and memorized it. Then I attend an 8 week summer clinic and practiced every weekend during the season. I've averaged over 200 every year since. With the technologt available you should be able to average 200 or better with knowledge, practice and a plan..

Interesting that you mention that, since I just did a pro-am on Sunday. I should have asked for help. I was happy with how I was throwing the ball (I got real side rotation without lofting ), but nerves + unfamiliar lanes = inconsistency and off target = lower than average scores, but not as pathetic as last night.

I'll worry about equipment when I can throw the ball the same way at the same spot consistently.

I need to forgot everything I've read, and just start over with a clear head and basic, no nonsense footwork, swing, and release. And practice. Lots and lots of practice.
