Sounds interesting, and certainly cheaper than spending $2.50 a game to practice. It would be nice if the author gave a reference for the study so one could see if its legit or pure baloney.

There's a lot to be said about the subconscious mind game, I know it works for me. It's amazing what happens when you go over step by step in your mind what the ball is going to do, and what it feels like doing it. And that part about knowing where the ball is at all times seems to be true also. I know for me that when I pick up the ball it's almost like auto pilot, spend very little time thinking about how to make the shot I just do it, 'cause I know in my mind what it feels like. And I'm glad to see I'm not as crazy as I thought. Great article Angela.
Good luck and good bowling
