Have any of you put your videos on our site, bowlingball.com? Did you know you can post them in our User Submitted video section?

Drano, I agree with Daniel that you just need to work on the balance a little. To practice, try holding your position until the bowling ball hits the pins. But you do throw a good ball. Keep up the great work!

Daniel, You seem to have a huge wrist snap at the bottom of the swing to get all those revs on the ball. Does that hurt your wrist ever? I have a wrist injury of some sort, so I don't think I will ever get that kind of rev rate on my bowling balls.

I actually have toned my revs down a bit from what they used to be. I had to wear a Storm Gadget wrist brace for about 6 months a little over a year ago, due to wrist pain. Since then I have toned my wrist motion down a little, and staightened my arm swing a bit. I am trying to get rid of my figure 8 arm motion, and move it toward the text book straight arm motion. I do like having a lot of revs, but I have found a lot more consistency the straighter I get my arm motion.

Since my video camera is broken, I'm going to have to either rely on a crappy phone camera or an even worse laptop webcam. I've gotta get a video or two or three of me with my new equipment. Bowled one game with the Rattler and Viz-A-Ball, and holy crap it's gonna take alot of adjusting.

    Heres mine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2D5HEYrGh_g

Bowled with a 10yo Storm Trauma, thats two pounds too light for me and a span thats too small :S
Im looking to replace it if anyone has suggestions for a decent Pearl ball.

Also as I mentioned elsewhere Ive just got back into bowling, so I may have picked up a few bad habits, so please feel free to say where I can improve.
