The wife won one from the LGB show quite a while ago. You get tired of picking it up after a bit. It's not easy to catch, either.

nevermind. guys at the proshop helped me out. says my release isnt what needs work, just have to keep my elbow tucked in. apparently i wing it when i start on the middle of my second game and into my third.

If I'm not mistaken that is what professional bowlers call "chicken winging".

yep. past thursday league was able to up my individual scores by at least 35-50 pins just keeping my elbow tucked.
