    Default how do I beat my record

    My record score right now is a 94 with a non house ball but the thumb hole is to big the guy at the pro shop said once he fixes the thumb hole I'll do a lot better I'm paying 40 total for the ball and new thumb hole it's a used ball but it only had like 300 games on it before I used it, but does any have any tips on how to beat my 94

    Without seeing you bowl or knowing that you have a specific problem that is causing your low scores, its just about impossible to answer your question. Fixing the thumb hole should help give you a more consistent release. The best way to improve would be to get some coaching. Second best would be either a book on the fundamentals of bowling or a website. If you're lucky maybe someone else will post some appropriate links.

    bowlingball.com has a new cool feature called BowlVersity. You can find it on the main navigation bar at the top of their site. Lots of good article for all caliber of bowlers. There should definitely be some things that will help you.
