Hi, I'm Sam, and I'm fifteen years old. (I'm a girl, too.) I started bowling when I was really little, but I hadn't picked up a ball in about two years until recently. I joined the local USBC league, started getting good, then joined my high school team.
I'm improving pretty steadily right now, bowling straight with an Ebonite Galaxie 300 (yes, from the 90's) 11lb. My average in the USBC is 108, and that's bowling on real wood lanes. I just got a 175 bowling on synthetic lanes recently! I'm getting a Brunswick Slingshot 12lb in Lime/Lavender with fingertip drilling, so I can hook. I love bowling a lot, so I'm really happy to be doing it all the time!

Well, you picked a color I wouldn't have. LOL! I've got the red/silver, and my wife has the black/grey slingshot. Excellent ball. Welcome, best of luck, and keep us informed of your progress.
