    Default Best live concert attended?

What was the best live concert you ever attended.. what location and year, and what made it great for you?

    That's easy.

    U2 (w/ Muse). Raymond James Stadium. 10.9.09.

Greatest band ever. Waited over 15 years to see them live. I was 5 feet from Bono the whole time. It was awesome to say the least.

    Some other favorites:
    Nickel Creek, Reno, '06
311 and The Roots, Tampa, '06
    Brad Paisley, Daytona Beach, '10
    Punch Brothers, Jacksonville, '11

    Rush-Lansing, Mich. 1980
Ted Nugent, East Lansing, Mich. 1981

The Rush date is a guess, because I don't remember a lot about 1980///ha ha

Brian Auger opening for Chick Corea and Return to Forever in about 76. Second place is Kenny Rankin in Mizner park 3 years ago.

Oh, it was at Arie Crown in McCormick Place in Chicago for Corea.

I've seen quite a few. I was a gaffer at a Linkin Park concert so that's one of my favorites. Although my favorite has to be a metal concert I went to this past new years eve. My first New Years with my fiance ('twas my girlfriend at the time) and my first metal concert in many, many, many moons. That was my favorite.
