Cool Cover art -- it was part of the fun!

My lovely wife gave me a new iPod Nano -- the little 1.5 inch square that's maybe a quarter-inch thick. I love it: it includes an FM radio; I can pause live shows; carry around most of my music collection in my shirt pocket; and SHAKE it to shuffle up a music mix!
It even briefly displays on its face what I remember as the "cover art" associated with the albums I have loaded into the Nano. Very Cool!
Well ... except it reminds me how much I really enjoyed the full-size covers and liner notes on vinyl LP albums.
Man, albums were the main decoration in my bedroom when I was a kid! And those liner notes could be a peek inside the recording industry or a copy of the full lyrics or at least extra photos!
Cover art in the world of CDs and iPods -- has anything really taken its place?

I still buy CD's because of the liner notes. There's something about holding the booklet in your hand while listening to the CD.
My new CD, 'What I'm Made Of' is available now at www.dustinseymour.com, iTunes, Amazon and more!

    I'm a bowler and a musician. I have a strong love for both. www.facebook.com/dustinseymourmusic
