New oil machine!! I love it!!!

Since 1995/6 the bowling center where I work and bowl at used a Kegel Phoenix-S lane machine. Early this week we got a brand spankin' new Kegel Kustodian Ion lane machine. Aside from a glitch in it's internal software which caused it to lay down an oil pattern completely *** backwards (dry in the center and heavy oil on the outside), it's been a beast. No more oil getting sprayed onto the gutter caps and dropped into the gutters. So...so so happy. It shed about a 1/3 of it's weight too. Our Phoenix-S machine is off to be refurbished and to be resold.

Nah. I love how easy it is to program the ION. Wish we had purchased a Walker. That thing is cool as hell.

Saw the walker at Seminole lanes in the St. Pete area. Pretty cool how it works and can sense "obstacles" in front of it.

Our league bowlers and open bowlers would whine and complain about the walker saying it's unsafe. The just like the fact of someone controlling the machine.
