I can now, due to the way the pitches are. I use to drill my ball with the thumb pitched left and angled towards my ring finger.....for my right hand....If that makes sense, sorry I can't remember the measurements off the top of my head. The fingers were pitched away from the grip center 1/8 inch and thumb 1/4 left, pitched away from grip center angled toward my ring finger.
I now use zero pitch on fingers and thumb, again sorry....The most simple way I know to explain it.
I am double jointed in my thumbs, I don't know if that helps or not, but it works for me.
I changed my pitches because of an injury and had to start bowling left handed, I did not want to spend the money on a whole knew arsenal so I just plugged the balls and re-drilled so that I could throw the balls right handed or left handed.
They only thing I have to adjust with this setup, is the thumb hole size when I throw left handed...I use thumb tape to tighten up the thumb hole, then remove tape when throwing right handed.
