Nice bowling! Especially ending with four solid games. Hope this will boost your confidence going into your teams next competition. Just remember that practice isn't just about shooting big numbers. at least some of it should be experimenting with playing different lines to the pocket, and working onproblems with your game that your coach may have noticed

Thanks! And yeah I was just shooting not paying attention to score till that last game and then I went back and looked at what I shot! Usually Im a stroker but I bowled tweener and shot a few different lines for the 262.

Wow that's a great accomplishment! Especially how you bowled all 8 games above average. It does seem to help when you're not paying attention to the score, and just focusing on making every shot your best.

100% Truth right there. When I seem to let my mind wander. I bowl a lot better and don't get upset at myself when I dont.

Yeah I notice the same thing for myself as well. Sometimes I'll just be too worried about my score or a previous bad shot, and it'll ruin me for the rest of the game. However, when I'm not even focused on scores, and just focusing on making every shot my best, my scores skyrocket. It's not an easy task to keep my mind off my score though

So true. I've been slowly and painfully learning that.
