v33dudfox,
I think you have it looking good but aren't you standing on the wrong side of the ball?![]()
I know I still need to work on keeping my hand behind the ball. But I definetly like the way I evolved in almost one year.

My current battle is staying behind the ball, although I'm making slow but steady progress with it. The only downside is making the changes makes me think about the release, which in turn makes me miss marks and lines etc from time to time. End result though should be a much higher average once I finally 'settle down'As it is it's slowly creeping up it's just the consistency that's bad due to thinking about my release still.

It is getting better although your hand position could be improved some more. Have you tried to hold the ball with your thumb pointing around 10 o'clock during the stance and armswing, then rotating it towards 2 o'clock upon release? By keeping your hand at 10 o'clock (for lefties), it helps keep the hand behind the ball more.
Nice improvement! Keep practicing your hand position and you'll be in good shape.
wow you can actually see the improvement. don't try to force it too much as it will throw your whole game off. it'll come with time and practice.
Forcing's something I still find myself doing too often still although I'm gradually getting better at not doing so. It's probably still the main problem area of my game and easy enough to know when I do it as I usually end up pulling the ball left too and/or losing revs.
Just one more area where muscle memory's starting to kick in for me albeit a little more slowly than I'd like, but then I've made a LOT of changes to my game in the last 18 months or so and all of them have helped just a little.
