Post What is the best ball to start off with at the weight of 7 to 8 pounds?

My younger sibling is beginning to take an interest in bowling and was hopping to find what ball would be a good one for a small girl that would weigh 7 to 8 pounds.

How old is younger? Also, 7 pounds is almost non-existent so 8 pounds it is. Normally the only thing available are plastic balls like Brunswick T-Zones, Pyramid Path, Ebonite Maxim, Columbia White Dot. Storm did just come out with the Polar Ice which is a urethane ball with a pancake weight block that goes down to 6 pounds. Would give her a little hook if that's something she/you is/are interested in.

Since I first used it as my first ball, and now use it as my spare ball, I would suggest the Ebonite Maxim.

I'm tempted to buy my daughter a ball but every time I come close I have second thoughts as she wouldn't use it enough and would probs outgrow it very quickly. The child has way too many activities as it is.
