    Default Using a Bowling Wrister - Any Advice?

    Hi everyone,

    I would just like to as for as advice on how to use the bowling wrister properly.
    I have buy a 2nd hand wrister, it has some adjustments on the rear portion
    of the wrister that can be adjust.

    Anybody knows about this ?

    There's not a definitive answer for that as it depends on your style, comfort level and what you're trying to achieve. When I was using a wrist device it had several settings and I used to like them all set to the extreme i.e. as much tilt and wrist bend as possible. That's me though and is not true for others. The best thing may be to simply try the various settings and see which gives you the effect and position that you think you're after.

    I have to agree 100% with littlelegs as there is not a definitive answer for that
    question. There are so many variables in wrist positions that a person can use
    on those adjustable wrist devices that not just one answer can be given you'll
    just have to try out different settings until you find something that works out
    well for you.
