Consistent in Strikes and Spares
Hi, may average score in bowling is 150 to 180 ,
I want to have a score of 200 and that is my goal.
Any advice on what to do for consistent strikes and spares.

Big thing is repeat shots. throwing a great shot and striking means nothing if you can't do it again a few more times afterwards.
To help you further with that you'd have to post a video of yourself for us to critique.. but i'd recommend talking to your pro shop owner

Adopt a spare system, and become good at it. Rolf Gauger's Triax spare system is a good one. You'll have to dig it up from an old issue of Bowling this Month.

if your not doing it already wipe the ball every time you use it
Work on the consistency of your shots. Make sure your aiming for the same mark everytime, and really work your spare game thats what help me. If you cant pick up spares then your not going to throw consistent good games.

Pretty much everything they said above....I think at your level now you should really focus on spare shooting, and maintaining a clean game.
