    I did find that a sanctioned CTF average would be used at a USBC event, but you would have to pay a USBC sanction before participating.

    yeah but i will be getting into some turnny next year but first need to work on my throws and get my self more balanced which might take time cause a long time aog in hgih school when i played football i hurt my knee and know its acting up on me.

    yeah thanks i will get some videos in soo if anyone see's something im doing wrong they can tell me and i can try to figure out how to fix it

    yeah thats great i use to have a old bowling video but of my old style and i already figured out what i was doing wrong from that and know ahve changed styles to a better way

    Well with a new video, youll be able compare the two and see how much youve changed.

    yeah im planing on this sunday when i go to bowling to get a video in just need to get a new cammera i broke my last one from forgetting it on the top of my car and then driving away
