    Default Womens Open

Watching the Women's Open on ESPN. Wow, I can't imagine playing on those conditions. It is outside and the dust is so bad you can see the track marks going down the lane. They are hooking plastic balls like they are 500 grit reactives.

Horrible conditions for sure. I hope they don't make that mistake again.

I know they are trying to make bowling more interesting for TV, and the conditions were the same for everyone, but that was almost painful to watch. To win a major title with a score of 170 is incredible.

DVR is great. Totally unexpected conditions made it exciting even though I know who won before I watched it

Still, bowlers should not have to worry about wind conditions, dust and sand blowing on the the lane and the like. if they are going to continue with the outdoor idea for the finals, then they need to find a place where these are not going to be factors...
