    Yeah im not trying to be a prick or anything either, I just have a hard time trying to understand what you're saying cause everything runs together.

    Spelling and grammar aside, bursitis and tendonitis are two very common, repetitive motion injuries. There is some stress put on the elbow forearm attachment when the elbow is straight. This is especially true if the wrist is cupped. Icy-hot has worked well for me with this injury in the past.

    ok billf not sure if he has found out whats wrong with it cause he was not there on sunday but i will msg on facebook and tell him to try that and tell him what you sead.

    also srry guys for what my msg im not that good at this stuff i almsot failed my englsih class cause i really dont like putting periods i rather just make it one long part where its all together soo i try to put other words in to make it stay together.
