Give us a hint, what conditions are you looking to use this ball in, is it going to fit a certain slot in your arsenal? What type of bowler are you, stroker, tweener, cranker? Are you speed-dominant, rev-dominant, or balanced? The more details you can give us, the better.
    Style: Power Stroker/Tweener - 16.5 - 17.5 mph, PAP 4 1/2 x 0

    In the bags:
    Retooled with 15 lb equipment.

In the Bag: Radical Ludicrous, 900Global Honey Badger Claw, 900Global Honey Badger, DV8 spareball

In the Bullpen : Radical Quick Fix, Radical Katana

The archives: Ebonite Grey Wolf (first 300), Red Wolf (first 700). Just can't let them go.

I am a Tweener with a balanced speed and rev rate type of player.. Bowlin on a house shot that is alittle dry to me for the time being... Curtainly I have the trap, the corner and the cell pearl that i mainly use... And would like to start getting in more tournaments..

Well I've heard nothing but good things about the Defiant but if you are bowling on some dryer conditions that will be to much ball for your house. That ball, from everything I've read about it, needs oil. Would be a great tourney ball though. The taboo series seems to be a good series, but they are going to be that top end like the Defiant. If you'd had success and with the cell pearl, i'm sure you'd be able to control the other two, just be aware that oth series of bowling balls are strong! Good Luck with whatever you pick!

Have you considered getting a benchmark type of ball? Something that would tell you whether you need to throw something stronger or weaker. If I'm going to a new house, I usually will toss my Storm Street Rod into the bag. It has a nice arcing trajectory to the pocket. I can usually get a decent read off that ball. I think that the Rotogrip Shooting Star would fill that bill, the Outlaw would work if you want something a bit stronger. The 2Furious from Storm is the replacement for the Street Rod in their lineup.

Well the local pro shop at where i bowl at has a demo taboo for 85... This is the first taboo that came out and i have put great idea into getting it and add it to my arsenal!!! I thought that this would be a better way to go than spend almost 250 on the defiant that i would luv to get but money is really tight right now... So i was thinkin that the taboo would be the way to go and the cheaper way to go. Just want to make sure it is a decent ball... or a good ball i could trust.

I haven't seen alot of people throwing the taboo, but the local house is packed to the brim with arson's.
