well 2 handed bowlers is not much different then 1 handed bowling cause only 1 hnd gose in the ball there other hand thats not in the ball just helps them get abit more speed and revs and accuracy, ik this cause im able to bowl 2 handed and i do it ocne and awhile when ever i go and practice but im not that good at it where i can always do it.

i would ahve to practice for about a year to beable to do it everyday and also get my arm fixed

Striker, when I bowl 2 handed, it's nothing like when I bowl 1 handed. The whole angle of your body is turned/twisted more sideways. Not too sure how you can do both with the same form.

John, I totally agree. I've had people complain in summer league (non-sanctioned) about me bowling both ways. I really want to do a doubles tournament with myself as my partner!

Its different because if you switch from left to right handed, not only does it give you a big advantage on single pin spares, it allows you to play both sides of the lane.

    Default Two handed bowlers????

I bowl at two alleys here in Kansas City, and I have yet to see on league a two handed bowler? If there are any of you out there reading this post, do you
mind me asking your average? In general do most two handed (Non Pro) bowlers have higher averages, or is it just the few like that guy from Australia Belmo!

which does lead to a funny story. me and the other guy on my team throw at least one 2 handed shot during warmups. 2nd game of the night, somewhere in the middle frames, bury the pocket for a 7-10. I was so annoyed as soon as my ball came back I threw it two handed towards the right side and picked up the 10. I barely even looked, just threw it. it was more a blind fit of rage than anything
Do you have a spare plasic ball? I bowl with 2 fingers on the strike and 3 fingers on the spare but ever since i purchased a plastic spare ball i use 2 fingers on my spares and was so much better at my spare shooting. I dont use 3 anymore

I think with two handed it takes longer to figure out how exactly to hold your ball and how to be consistent with your release, but once you get it figured out you have many advantages. To get to Belmo or Osku's level takes an unbelievable amount of practice and skill.

I've liked it a lot so far. the other guy on my team said he likes the way it looks and was thinking of getting one too

I haven't had too many problems with it. it's usually pretty smooth down the lane, and it's not too aggressive. the only time I really jersey with it is if I miss the mark. I do occasionally have a problem with it not hooking enough and going light, but a lot of that has to do with my own inconsistancies.

I just cleaned both balls earlier today and my towels (first batch of water was REALLY dark lol) so hopefully that'll help em a bit
