2020 Olympics

Each host city gets to add two sports to the Olympics. I heard from a very reliable source, a European country coach, that Baku, Azerbaijan (formerly of the Soviet Union) has indicated they would add bowling as one of their sports. I'm rooting for them to get the bid on that fact alone.
Brazil is the host country for 2016 and will not be adding bowling. I will be 51 when the 2020 games are held. I wonder if my bowling will be good enough to try out for the team. It would be cool to do. My brother was the youngest member on the US baseball team in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. I was a military guard there and got to watch him play.
