Lockwood,,, I beginning to not LIKE you very much!! Refresh your memory,,, go back in time.... WHO WON the first 3 straight!! Iceman....... who whipped who's butt then my Canadian friend!! OOOO,,, It was ME!! We are both different bowlers now,,, I have had many dozens of one mark shy of a 300.... I have a 300....... 298,, 290s 289,,,,how many have you had!! DON"T make me fly you down here just to show you who your daddy is!! (

Jason on a given GOOD Day, with the right oil, is Tough to beat!! Sports oil, or bad oil like we have had many times at our AMF bowling house,,, he can be beat and his scores will reflect it! He is a huge cranker style bowler! All his 300's have been on house pattern, Mine too! The day I bowled the 300, he would not have beat me, he was just a couple lanes up from me and didn't have a 300 that day.

My point is this: Can I beat Jason in a series league play, YES I have a number of times,,, Can he beat me, YES,, he has a number of times....

But if either of us bowled you, it would be a massacre... of the likes you can't even imagine!

Tell the truth... that picture you put on this thread,,, it looked like it had very small hole in it... like it was ,, (maybe attached to your wall)?? lol

Well we had our FIRST PLACE award and cash payout yesterday at the AMF Lanes. We set a record that everyone said has not been equaled. We won over 100 games in our large size league, with many good teams. My question is this: Don’t you find when bowling with CERTAIN bowlers you all just seem to bowl better?

I know our team that set that record, just seems to have a chemistry, that sparks us all to bowl at our peak! (Not saying we have great games, all the time), but when one of us was down, someone would step up to the plate and have a stellar day!
This team is, or should I say was, ONE OF THOSE TEAMS: Manic, The Dude, Hanging Chad, Biker Larry, and Iceman!

Now what to do with that prize money:

1. Buy another ball?

2. Get a pair of Dexter bowling shoes?, (it would be my first pair, most of you know I bowl in sandals, due to foot problem), but I must say the agony of de feet seems to be getting better. I can now wear a pair of comfortable tennis shoes without any problems. Maybe all the working out at the gym is paying off big time!!

3. Buy cleaning stuff, polish, cleaner, pads for my spinner? (from bowlingboard.com)

4. 4.Fill my truck up with diesel, lol, I have a 2006 Dodge diesel, that has a 34 gal, and 72 gal axillary tank, that when I go on trips pulling the 5th wheel, I rarely need to stop for fuel! One fill up can get me about 1900 miles, at 18mpg! Wait,,, hummm (it would take more then the prize money to do that lol) 3.60 X 106 gal =381.60

5. Buy bowling Cd’s/DVR’s? How 2’s ect.. I am still learning at 64! New to the sport

6. Use the money for plastic reconstructive surgery? Try to improve on perfection,, can it be done?

7. Give it to Jason, and back him on a PBA bid!!

8. Give half my winnings to a charity, and spend the rest on boozes and parting!!

I need your help, chose a number, and Iceman will spend his winnings in that way!

I want to apologize for saying: (I might not like you anymore)! I had another dream last night and you were in it Lockwood!)

In that dream you were taking down all your pictures of The Dude hanging in your living room! I didn’t want to cause you to go to such extreme! For that I am very sorry! I am sure that many out here in bowling land, and Canada, have pictures of Mr 300, The Dude hanging in far less esteemed places!

I, for instance, have it hanging in the attic, on my cork dart board where I don’t have to be reminded of how fair, and young,,, and good he is at bowling! Maybe not better looking than me, but younger.

I then began to see why you worship The Dude, and always go at Iceman in your threads… You, and most Good outstanding young bowling men/women in this world, need Role models!

And if there is one thing I know about The Dude, he is THE REAL DEAL! What you get from him is 300 percent!
Would you still be my friend, Lockwood! Everybody needs a friend, and you’re the only Canadian Friend I know. I am sorry for my defensive rebuttal to your unkind thread…. I forgive you for hurting my feeling…. ()

I know how you feel about The Dude, but don't you have compassion, empathy, good feelings toward senior U.S citizens!
I don't hold it against you that your YOUNG,,,or from another country?

Why,,, in God's name do you treat me with such insolence?
It could be bad enough being 64, (if I were not a super hero), but your taking sides with The Dude is ... is.... well it HURTS!!

Jason , THE DUDE owes ME!! It wasn’t that long ago I begged him to bowl with me this summer! He said,,, “Mike I am burnt OUT”, need the summer off,,, maybe a little subbing ect…

Now the butt is on the same summer league I am on throwing incredible high series, and high games!

A four game big money league, he has in the first week of league play, a 300, and 997 series… ! The Dude almost had another 300 last night,,,, (this after his first week 300), I think it was a 289, last night,,, "soooo sad, almost two 300's in consecutive weeks! (:-( This Dude is NOT HUMAN!! I am going to have a DNA scan on him!!!
I don't care about the expense,,,, Its not fair bowing against ,,, Alien DNA!!
