    The spinner is what the ball sits in and spins. The one you posted is ONLY the part they show the hand on. It is a very misleading picture but the description clearly says that it is the part in the hand.

    maybe.. but i usually clean it once every 2 weeks or once a month with the clean n dull.. and use the pro shop spinner so that it cleans the whole ball.. if we clean it manually, maybe there will be parts we miss out..

    if so, what do you use to clean your ball after every game??

    Is this one of those machines that you put coins in and the ball goes inside? If so, make sure it's a cleaner and not a polisher. We have a polisher at the alley and I see well meaning people putting their dull balls in there all the time thinking it will clean it.

    Gosh. that sux.. Did you tell them it was a polisher and not a cleaner? haha.. gonna be dam hell funny if you see a person trying to get a hook and it just go straight down because it was polished..

    Yes I tell them. Then I tell them for $15 I can put it back to factory finish. Then they usually laugh, bowl bad and I leave with their ball knowing the next day I will have $15 and a new customer.

    not sure what brand it is.. but it's a small bottle and sort of greenish i think.. lol..

    @bill: it's a spinner.. maybe i can take a picture of it sometime..
