Just thought I would start a thread for you all to post Coaching/Training Games

The one I use the most is lowest score wins

Bowler scores 10 points for a gutter ball
10 points for an open frame
The rest as per normal
Obviously its about shooting single pins go for the 10 pin then the 7

Lowest score wins



One other is
You score points for pocket balls
2 point for a strike
1 point for a pocket ball converted to a spare
Highest points win

Then there is Bingo

That is a great idea. Teaches accuracy and concentration. I alway played a game where you have to shoot the 10 pin first and then the 7 pin. If you pick them clean that is a strike. If you take more than the 10 pin then you throw at the pocket to get a spare. If you pick the 10 clean you have the option of shooting for a spare and trying to get the 7 pin for a strike. If you miss taking just the 7 you get the count.
