People bowling in suits, and ties! Grandma, and grandpa, the figure 8 bowling style, and trick shots back then with PLASTIC non finger tip balls!!!!! Its the one on the top left!!

Michael, those were hard rubber bowling balls. Plastics weren't created until the 1970's. By the way, great old time movies.

Your absolutly correct,,dddddaaaaaa, I use to have my dad's ball some where here in the house. It goes back to the early 50s. I remeber taking it to the pro shop to have the holes enlarged for me, and when he got to the sanding part,,,,, woooow,,,, the sweet smell of rubber burning.... reminded me of that HOT GTO 1965, 3 deuce's, 389,,, and the smell of them tiger paws going up the hill in front of my High School!!! There is something about the smell of rubber and asphalt,,,, or even a CRANKER, throwing a rubber ball!!
