In all seriousness, ask your doctor. I for one would hate to recommend something that could make the condition worse and wouldn't suggest anything without first seeing the doctors notes.
Sorry if this is in the wrong section, it is my first post so hello everyone!
Well I have been bowling for a good 4 months now, and one day during a team practice I felt a pop in the center of my hand. I went to the doctor, and they said a blood vessel was moved. So they moved it back and my hand felt fine. After 3 days rest I went to bowl, and i felt stress in the center of my hand. Has this ever happend to you guys? If so what did you guys do to improve your physical condition?
thank you.
P.S. I have State, and Nationals coming up, and i have been bowling 2 handed but my average has gone down 50 pins on pba patterns. Any tips for improving my 2 handed game, or should I just lay off bowling for a little bit?
