The 2 new balls from Radical are:

The Torrid, which uses the core from the Track heat that Phil designed when he worked for them.

- Coverstock: Pearl with Mica
- Core: Torrid
- Surface: 1500 Abralon then Polished
- RG: 2.46
- Diff: .048
- Description: Turn up the heat on your competition!!! The Torrid uses one of the most prolific cores ever developed. It's performance on the PBA Tour was unprecedented and it was one of the most sought after balls on the market. We have taken that core technology and combined it with new coverstock technology to accommodate today's lane conditions and the Torrid performs as well as it's legendary predecessor. As an added bonus it is priced in the mid performance range resulting in a great price and legendary performance. Turn up the heat on the competition and keep it turned up with the torrid.

- Recommended Lane Condition: Medium-Medium Heavy Oil
- Description: The SLANT HD is a more dynamic version of the original Slant. We have managed to increase the differential while still maintaining the original RG and mid differential. This increased differential opens up a new dimension of performance for the Slant Line. By increasing the differential from .045 to .054 the performance spectrum has gotten wider, meaning the lower RG drillings (pin closer to the axis) roll up sooner and arc and the higher RG drillings (pin away from the axis ) store energy longer and flip, basically we have created a wider range of drilling patterns.
