Dark Encounter of the Crimson Tide
Hello all,
My name is Josh and I'm from lovely Mobile, Alabama. I'm currently involved in two leagues at Camellia Lanes under the AMF umbrella. I carry about a 142 average and would seriously like to improve.
I haven't been bowling in league play long, just the last year or so.
My "arsenal" consists of a 15lb Complete Bedlam and 15lb Dark Encounter. I'm a "down and in" bowler that throws anywhere from 13-18 mph. I throw off the second dot from the center to the right (looking down the lane)
I will gladly accept any advice as long as it's put in simple terms.

Welcome Josh, a video of you bowling, would show us how you can improve, and don't forget the best teacher is practice.
Practice is not a teacher. It is absolutely necessary for learning, but it does not teach. If, however you are very aware of what you are doing as you practice, ( much easier if you can record your practice on video ) you can be your own teacher. In other words by observing what you did and what happened, you can learn how best to deliver the ball indifferent situations.Originally Posted by martinezsam2495
