What do you wear to bowl comfortably?

Shorts the are above my knees, and usually a silky type shirt. Also have to have my hat on and nothing in my pockets.

I don't really put any thought into what I wear when bowl, except that I avoid really tight jeans.

Years ago I showed up for league in a suit and tie because I had just come from my wife's office's dinner outing. As it turned out the person I was bowling opposite had come directly from his job as a car salesman and was dressed in a suit. As I recall we both bowled well that night.

For now it's basketball shorts and a T shirt. Since winter is coming I might change to a long sleeve under armour type shirt but I think I'll stay with the basketball shorts. Just too comfy.

This is going to be a little personal, but I make sure I don't wear undergarments (drawers!) that will "migrate" while I'm bowling.
