    Default Conventional vs. Fingertip Grip

I don' t think I am a very skilful bowler and I usually use the conventional bowling hand position. A friend had told me switch to fingertip grip.

Which do you think is better?

Well, if you want to throw it straight, a conventional grip is easier. If you want to hook it, fingertip is the way to go. The grip itself won't make you a better bowler, though. Three things: a properly fitting ball, a couple of lessons, and practice to develop what you learn.
