    You have the right attitude about all this and you obviously are putting in the effort. Just keep practicing and listen to your coach. Try focusing on one or two things at a time because if you try to fix everything at once; you'll be in trouble. The thumb problem was the most important as you don't want to be injured in any way - safety first. Good luck.

    So, I've been experimenting with a stronger push-off, faster approach, and longer steps, and I think the results have been really positive so far! I went out and bowled a 244 today!

    Anyway, another quick question. What are some things I can work on to increase my revs? I've really improved the rotation on the ball, but my revs are still pretty low, and I'd like to get them up into at least the 350 range. Any tips?
