    Default insert colors

Is it a big deal what color your inserts are? I just put new oval inserts in my black/orange Marauder Mutiny, and now I have an orange thumb slug paired with lime green oval finger inserts. My wife asked me why I chose that color, and I replied it's because they fit my fingers better. We tried other inserts in other colors but these fit the best. I never took color as a consideration . My wife is already mulling over what color inserts to put in her Hammer Bad A$$.
Does anyone else match their inserts to their ball color scheme? Just curious!

Pretty much just personal preference, some like really contrasting colors so they can watch the roll better.

I like putting black inserts into all balls for the simple reason that when I need to change them out, I always have replacements on hand.

Whatever you like. As mentioned, I know bowlers like bright contrasting colors to see how their ball rolls. It also helps if someone else has the same ball to tell them apart.

I always pick a color that doesn't match the colors of the ball and just looks wrong period!! LOL Reason being, if you have a very popular ball, and on a give night say two or more are using that ball,,, I always make mine stand out! Loud thumb color, and two different colors on the finger grips.

I usually don't have a problem, using the 3 different color technique! I do think that Black thumb inserts/plugs, give you a higher score!!

Maybe that's my problem,,, I don't have any black!!! LOL

I go all white on mine as an identifier on the ball rack. Some use contrasting color to watch the performance of their ball going down the lane. It is all just preference.

I just use what ever color they have that is the correct
size and that fit my fingers good.

I have no color preferences on finger or thumb grips just
as long as they fit good and some of my bowling balls may
have 3 different color grips in them.

The only noticeable difference I've run into is that the clear ones wear down faster than the colored ones. They are a softer material so are more pliable.

No. I'd leave it at that, but the website makes me post more than 1 word.
