It was fun, but Bowlula/Jason/The Dude doesn't want to participate any more, so I will not be visiting this Thread EVER AGAIN!!! Jason, Bowula, The what ever, doesn't even talk to me any more.... When I send an email, I might get a reply a few days later, tonight at league, he didn't even come over to say HI,,, .!!

So it is time,,, the name of this thread is Me Vs Michael! Its been all me, so with mixed feeling, to all my good bowling friends out there,,, I say Good Bye!! Old bowlers never die,,,, they just start throwing gutter balls... and then wish they were dead!

I might check in every once in a while,,,,Take CARE,,, and bowl like there is NO tomorrow!!! GOOD BYE, so long!!!

Iceman cut his hair, and like The biblical Samson, loss his edge bowling!! It even seems to have had an effect on my eye sight,,, I need glasses now!! Why,,,, why,,,, did I cut my hair!!! A word of warning people,,, cutting your hair can be cause you to lose vision, and thus accuracy bowling! I am now almost blind without my glasses!!!

I decided not to waste money, and cut it MY FRICKEN SELF BILL!!! If you don't like it, why did you post it again with your comment! I do think I liked it long better, and without a doubt ,,,, I Bowl better the longer it is for some reason!!
Not unlike Samson of the Old Testament,,,, The longer my hair, the better my scores!! I guess it will be this fall before I get my game back, and another 300,, and maybe 800....

not only did I bowl better with the longer hair, I had 20/20 vision.... now look at me!!!! Wearing black glasses, and half blind! If I would have cut it any shorter, I fear I might be totally blind, not just seeing impaired!! As it is, I see two of everything,,,, twenty FRICKEN pins facing me, Not just 10 like most normal people!

LOL!!!! MICHAEL now that you see twenty pins down there all
you have to do is just knock down half of them every time on
the first ball to get yourself another 300 game.

If I look at the pins just using my right eye then I see somewhere
around 30 or more pins down there so I guess it is a good thing
that I'm left eye dominant so I can see and hit my mark......... well
hit it sometimes that is. LOL!!!!

I do fine bowling William, and I do have a SANCTIONED 300 game , do you? senile,,, I think not.. old,,, but still tough as nail, and in shape mentally, and physically. Maybe what you do with iron workers like myself is treat them with respect.. lol (:) If you expect to get it in return. I bowled that 300 game with my eyes closed, ninja style! Why would I need to look at the marks? Its all about the senses, I can smell the area where I need to place the ball even blindfolded .... bill

I don't mean to break the jovial tone of this thread but there are valid reasons to at least glance at the pins before sighting your target:

1. to make sure you have a full set of pins.

2. to make sure the sweep is up. I've seen serious adult bowlers hit the sweep because they didn't check before throwing, of course there were seven other bowlers not paying attention until it was too late when it happened to my former teammate Don.

3.To make sure all the pins are on spot, for the very serious bowlers with excellent eyesight or over-active imaginations.

Very good point Mr Anderson,,( love that movie, the matrix), I not only look at the pins, with my laser like Iron Worker eyes,,, (see my special galsses above), I can smell them when they are not on spot!!

What I do before unleashing hell on the pins!

1. I do a quick visualization of a strike in my minds eye, with my eyes closed, and repeat 6 times,, "Yes I Can"! Breath in through your right nostril for 3 seconds, hold that breath for 7 seconds, the slowly release the carbon dioxide through the right side of your lips, (if your right handed), do the same if your left handed, because you should be bowling right anyway!!!

2. I look down the lane at the pins, (as you mentioned Mr. Anderson, and look for even slight imperfections in alignment) sometimes I can detect, with my black horn rimed glasses a pin being off by as much as 1/1000 of an inch! And yes the glasses are legal, and I do sell them for a small fee of only $217.31. (it covers my operating expense)

3 Then I pick an arrow, any arrow! Not that important, what is important is to hit your mark! How many times have you heard HIT YOUR MARK!

then you get what you see below,, not bad for a senile old Iron Worker....

YOU have an excellent POINT!! Like a plane taking off, LIFT is very important, and many things contribute to that happening! When I cut my hair, it effected, not infected, my LIFT, thus scores going down, and not UP!! Now it all makes sense!

I put my theory of bowing ninja style, with a black sleeping mask Friday at the local AMF, to the TEST!

1. I start with the Black ninja mask, scented with the fragrance of lane oil on my forehead, holding my Butterscotch IQ pearl, (300 ball) in my right hand.

2. I looked at the pins while taking in 3 deep breaths, and holding each of them for 7 seconds

3. I then exhaled and smile at the pins, letting them know that I am not intimidated with their total lack of respect for the bowler and his/her/alien/its quest for that perfect game.

4. I then with on lookers thinking I look very strange in my all black attire, and Black mask, line up on board twenty, and pull the mask down!

5. With me a strange thing then happens, it gets completely dark, all I have is my ninja senses to bowl with. Vision is completely taken out of the equation, for some masked reason??

6. I hear sounds on a higher level, my sense of touch, smell, become magnified to a stellar level!! I I hear people talking around me saying things I never hear before when I bowled without the mask…

Things like:
a. Kids,,, keep back!! that guy in black, wearing the mask is not right!

b. What in the Fricken heck is that Mask man doing?

c. That must be a burnt out Iron Worker

d. Call 911

e. That guy needs help

f. Never bowl and drink, or you might wind up bowling with a mask too!

I put all this unnecessary ground sound clutter out my mind, what’s left of it,, ( my mind that is) and focus on the resonating sounds that the molecule’s make that is unique to bowling pins! It’s a lot like sonar or submarines, only instead of shooting torpedoes at ships, I throw bowling balls at the sound. ( I just hope and pray some day a person close by is not holding a bowling pin in his hands)!

Best way I can explain it: It’s like a metal detector coming over a target, the sound get higher the closer the detector is to its target.

I hold the ball in front of me and move in small increments from left to right, until notice the SWEET SPOT in regards to sound.

I then take my three steps and unleash the unholy terror of my IQ!!!
!
I leave the mask down, and can , even tell you what pins I knocked down, just by the sound!!

It has improved my game in ways I can’t even put into words, and probably shouldn't!

My next venture will be to ride my

Motorcycle from my house to my bowling Dojo!!!

Blind folded, pulling my trailer with 10 balls!!

I might make a video of me bowing and driving my bike to the lanes blind folded! But I will need Jason’s help! Jason,,, will you help me my interstellar friend?

Did I tell you WHY he went to the Janitorial closet that day I caught him in his Alien Skin???

Did I tell you WHY he went to the Janitorial closet that day I caught him in his Alien Skin???

I almost hate to go back to that disturbing day! The Day that I followed Jason to the janitors closet, at the bowling alley. (( I know this sounds very strange in a gay sorta way)) but let me assure you all, we are both very straight!!

Do not let your thoughts even enter that fricken direction!!

When I looked around and noticed that he was nowhere to be seen, the only other place that he could possibly have been was The Closet!
I opened the door, and to my surprise he was not there, but I could hear his voice say, “Iceman”, step inside! “What the ,,,,, His voice had a strange echo sound, reverberating , like someone saying something maybe light years away! How would I know what a voice would sound like coming from Light Years away??? I Am ICEMAN!!

I then took a bite of courage and stepped inside the closet!!

I had this strange feeling immediately of lightness, and falling at the same time! All aound me it was like looking into the sky, but instead of stars in the infinity of space, they were all bowling pins of various sizes, and brightness, in erratic positions almost like looking into the night sky on an evening of a new moon!
I started to get a weak uneasy feeling, when all the sudden, I came to what felt like a sudden STOP!
What came next, ,,, lets just say was out of this world!!

It was darker then a new moon night, with all the stars removed from the sky! I honestly could not get any form of orientation,,,, sort of like when I would scuba dive back in the late 70’s in some murky lakes not far from my place.

One lake is called hell lake, because they are not sure how deep it was, and several divers were never found, feared lost to cave ins due to the numerous tunnels from deep mining! You could get to a point with NO LIGHT where you didn’t know which way you were swimming, and When you get to that point, I was trained to take my mouth piece out of my mouth and follow the bubbles,,, they always go to the surface.

It was a weird feeling, I remember, because sometimes your inner guidance system would tell you that the air bubbles were wrong.

Jason voice came from the deep pitch black abyss, he was chanting in a low monotone voice, with the voice intonation of (I SWEAR THIS),,, ELVIS!

Now the pitch black turned to a bright, Very Bright White, Huge amount of wind, maybe 50, 50 1/2 mph straight at the front of my face…. It took my breath away!

I passed out hearing The Dude singing in what sounded like a PERFECT Elvis Voice, Bowling,,,, Bowling,,,,, Bowling on the planet Bowula!!
When I awoke from the experience, what was staring ME RIGHT IN THE FACE WAS……..

IT was ,,,,, JASONS half DAD, Star Father!! He said that Jason was an experiment and that they played with human DNA to create a human 300 bowling machine. He said that the 300 game that I threw a few months ago, at 64, was actually THEIR doing!! He said that soon Earth will know these TRUTHS.......

Just what I feared. This is the thing that myths and legends are made of!!!! This could only be the start. If DNA is being tinkered with to create a 300 bowling machine, imagine what will need to be done to keep the game a challenge.

The pins, I mean THE PINS could grow legs and start moving on their own!!!!!! This is tragic.

Standing right in Front of me, Jason’s/The Dude/Bowlula/Mr 300, true Father! I see the resemblance when seeing them standing side by side! Maybe it’s the Eyes, or could it be me!

It warmed may balls,, watching Bowlula, and his hybrid son Jason greeted one another in such a strange manner! What were my balls doing in my hand anyway? In my right hand the IQ, and my left DV8.

One stands just off to right, the other just off to the left (about 10 yards apart), they walk toward one another reversing in a spinning beautiful moment front to back, front to back , then their bowling hands connect in what becomes not a fist, but ( a FRICKEN BOWLING BALL)) It looked like a dance leading up to a hand shake that culminated into a Alien Bowling Ball! I am not making this up!!! It was like their hands shaped shifted into something they both loved, and shared!

I could only imagine what other handshakes would look like with others of this species!!

If what you love and share forms in the bonding of their two hands, can you even imagine what could luminously manifest itself in the clear sphere of a Alien Hand Shake????

After a few seconds almost as fast as it magically seem to appear ,,, it was gone, and they both passed out!
It,,,, it was one of those moments that will always be itched in my mind! They looked so alien laying there, except something was MISSING!! I then pulled out a pack of cigarettes, and put one in the cornor of each of their Alien lips,,, I then took a picture, and decided to put a real fat cigar in their mouths instead, just looked more Alienly!! WHAT the HECK,,,, I wish I would not have done that!!!!

THE CIGARS were laying on a shelf, inside a plastic looking enclosure.

I thought they were cigars!!! On the floor was a book with ancient Babylonian, scripts!! Early Aliens writings, given to us back around 4000 BC! Lucky for Bowling Board.com, I can translate many different texts of this era, I majored in History!!

As I read more about what I thought was a cigar, I found it to be in reality a directional (molecular pin exciter)!
Put in plain English: “With this, ( in a bowlers mouth), and pointed in the direction of the pins, it has the ability of magnifying pin action, 83.1 percent, according to the ancient script!!

My God, what lows will these Alien cheating Cigar totting, hybrid’s stoop too!!

I now understand why Jason has a Cigar in his mouth while bowling, but it’s NEVER LIT!!

And funny…. Yes very funny Dude, you do seem to play with your cigar in your mouth, (LIKE Calibrating it, maybe and aiming it toward the pins!!

I thought I heard footsteps coming toward me, but Looked into the Deep Dark Hallway, and could only see a dull Red light off in the distance! I started walking toward it drawn like a moth to a flame, I just hoped that in my case, the outcome would be less painful, and final!!

It felt weird my senses were all jumbled up, and my body felt very light, could it be in this dimension that mass and matter, and gradational pull had been reduced by a factor of 75 percent?? As I got closer and closer to the Red Glow, it became apparent that it was a sign…. A Fricken Bowling Sign saying, (24 lanes, open 24 hours, Day or Night!

It was in English, and had a real retro look to the sign,,,, but when I walked in was I surprised!! My God, the Balls have consciousness, in this dimension!!! I pick up a ball and it started TALKING TO ME!! Then it ask me ……. To be continued….

Hey thanks everyone! Wish I would have completed that 300 though! That's the first time I haven't completed a 300 after the 11th strike since nearly one year ago (the first night of winter leagues last season). I think I just let up on my speed a little, because I hit my mark and thought it was a good shot, but it just started hooking and I was like "Uh ohhhh". So I still have my quest to shoot 300/800 on the same night.

Mike, I used the DV8 Misfit Pearl or as I call it "The Lemon Drop". That's the best DV8 ball for me on a house pattern, because it allows me to just play down and in.

Hope everyone is doing well, sorry I don't stop by too much anymore, I'll try to fix that.

I looked through the peep hole on my trusty solid oak door! Its about 5 feet from the floor, so I have to bend over to take a gander! Nothing! As I was looking through the peep hole the knocked continued, but nothing? I opened the door still nothing?? I then felt something about 15lbs roll over my left foot!
I looked down and it was a “Homing directional guidance, pocket finding, entity bowling ball!”

It had no arms, hands, but used its inner gyro and inertia guidance mechanism to rock back and forward, giving the allusion of a human hand knocking!
They can talk, but only have the vernacular, to express bowing trash talk to its owner!

As it spoke to me, it was sweating, oil, I could tell it was on its last roll! He said that Earth bowling ball companies have the knowledge to make balls similar to those in Bowula’s dimension!!!! He said that his time line protectors are trying hard to remove this data from the companies, (I can’t mention the COMPANIES, but know their names)!!

He said if Storm and Brunswick unleash these artificial intelligent balls, the game would change in a way that no one could even imagine!
He said last Tuesday night when we had 5 300 on our league, it was exactly 4 AIB, (artificial intelligent balls) used without the bowlers even knowing it. They used their built in holographic ball replicater to give the feel, and look of their own balls.

To keep things from going to crazy, the stewards of these balls in our dimension were able to turn the guidance system on and off, giving each of them a 300, with the exception of the guy that had two consecutive 300’s, because HIS BALL went rogue, out of control! This happens, when some balls just don’t know when to quit!! Like humans, they can be too smart for their own good, and ego takes control!

It was just beginning to tell me about the newest, experimental model of AIB, but before it could ( it made a sound, much like a bowling ball hitting that sweet pocket, on a strike, and it exploded,, turning into ashes!!) It was beautiful ashes, much like the painted desert,,, a cloudscape of colors!! ….. I gathered up its remains, and put them in a happy meal empty sack, left over from dinner a couple days ago! It just seemed like the right thing to do!

Next thing I know, I wake up in what looks like a holding cell for Super Heroes like myself. It was a strange place, with no windows, or doors, what the … that’s an old movie projector playing an old Elvis movie, I think it was Jail House Rock!!

There was no doors, or windows, and everywhere I looked, a lack of color, everything bright white. No shadows, lines, I couldn’t tell what was up, down, or sideways???

Then out of nowhere a bowling ball rolled out of the wall, leaving no hole, in its place, across the floor, and out the other side, again leaving no exit! It came at a pretty good velocity, and I had to jump in this cell that I think was square, 22 30/64 X 22 32/64, well almost square.. What did this mean??? What was the purpose of this???

Then another ball from a different location, then two, three, four five six at a time I was jumping, dodging, rolling,,, diving over the what look like 16lb black bowling balls, my heart was racing, this had been going on for about 3 days,,, I yelled in an Elvis Voice, ( that I do rather well, “THANK YOU VERY MUCH,,, Thank you very much, but I have had about 3 days enough of this BS!!”

All of the sudden it all stopped, like I said some magic, intergalactic phrase!!

The music of Elvis swelled with rich deep base, and treble,,, into my cell, Don’t be Cruel,,,,was the song. Me be cruel, I thought to myself, how about bowling balls being shot out of bazookas from all directions!!

It was good, because I was about to STRIKE OUT, and not in a good way! I had nothing left, to SPARE!!
Then one last ball rolled throw the, what I would call portal, with only one hole in the ball!! It was a white bowling ball, with pictures of Elvis all over the ball.

It stopped at my feet! I picked it up and in that hole was a note rolled tightly….. I looked at it, and was blown away …. It said…

Last night was a tough night! Not sure why but had a strange dream, (like I do many nights)! I dreamed I was at a Jimmy Hendrix concert; it was back in the 60’s. He was playing Purple Haze.

While playing his guitar, he looked down from the stage, and looked straight into my eyes! I felt a little uncomfortable, then his eyes, moved toward the center and became ONE! ONE EYE, he removed his hat, and,,,,, what,,, the heck! A HORN!! He was a ONE EYED, One Horn, and singing Purple haze performer!

I thought to myself,, I got to get out of here…

He then threw his guitar at me, and as I ducked, my hands reached out to block the guitar from hitting me……but…. As it came closer to me it transformed into a dark, purple/blue round shaped ball!!

It landed in my hands! It was the Brunswick Beatdown!! YES, I thought,,,, Beatdown could this be the weapon I do battle with in order to make my journey back to my dimension?

Is this a premonition! Should I use this dark purple/blue ball to bowl the beast!!

Then I woke up, and was holding a medium size watermelon in my hands, with my thumb, and middle two fingers punched into the melon!
Who’s that knocking at my door……. Gulp….. double gulp, gulp!

“ Its time Iceman”! I steped out side the freezer, and walked toward the place of battle!!

Can Iceman beat the Beast! Can he keep his Cool, and be victorious!

Can a super hero, of solid H20, beat this Purple, One Eyed, one horn, purple people eater!!?? Walking the path form his cell to the place of battle, Iceman is focused on the task at hand, knowing that if he does not win, it will be the end.

Most of the inter-dimensional beings seem to be backing Iceman! Strange…….

Billions of them lining both sides of the path leading to the showdown! Who will wind up eating who!!! Will the purple people eater, have Iceman for a snack, or maybe in a glass of Ice tea,,, or will Iceman have enough purple people eater meat to fill four 20.3 upright freezers??? Most import to Iceman is to get back to his dimension, and the love of his Bowling life, MANIC!

Almost to the lanes, and out of nowhere Bowula/Jason, breaks through the crowd, and hands ICEMAN a small box, then blends quickly back into the crowd. Iceman, running out of time, quickly looks into the box, and to his surprise……. To be continued…….

As you recall, Jason/Bowula, darted to me as I walked to the lanes of Judgment! He shoved a box into my hands, and quickly lost himself into the billions of on lookers!

The box had no seams, or need for tape? There was some ancient Babylonian script one side of the box with a small, what looked like nose,,, yes a nose protruding from the box??? What the heck, now I NOSE I am not in Kansas, but flesh and bone nose on the box!!

It was strange,,, looking at the nostrils fairing back and forth, as the box seems to be breathing! I must admit, it was a fine looking nose, that any model would give a fortune to have on her face! Being somewhat nosy myself, I decided to investigate this strange box

Having majored in history, (not English), I decided to take a look at the ancient Babylonian script on the opposite side of the nose on the box. Wow,,, this was a challenge, it has been a long time since I have read ancient writings from 2300 BC!

Let see, it says: “How to open nose box”, good,,, that’s what I was hoping, it went on to say “to open the box place both pinky fingers in the nostrils of the nose at the same exact time, with a small amount of fresh, eucalyptus on the tip of each finger!” “Then twist the finger in opposite directions, 180 degrees!” Eureka,,, the box disappeared, right before my eyes, leaving the content laying on the table!!

If you remember, last, I placed my fingers in the nostrils, and gave it a twist! The box disappeared, vanished before Iceman’s eyes!! What.. THE ,,, there was nothing there, but a cheap cigar??? What’s with the cigar?

I don’t smoke! Was this my last gift from Bowula/Jason? Was this some sick joke! Did he want Iceman to smoke this cheap cigar, before bowling The BEAST? Leave this plane of existence not only in a horrible way, but with mouth/throat cancer!! Bowula/Jason,,, Have you no compassion for your elders!

I picked it up and notice something strange about this seemly cheap swisher sweets cigar!!

I could hear a faint, very faint sound coming from the precut end that you put into your mouth! Now I can hear a flea fart at 100 yards, so you can imagine how low this sound was!!!

It was so damn faint that I had to stick the cheap cigar into my ear!!

So there I am getting ready to do combat with the Purple People Eater, in a game for my Fricken life, and just before doing battle, here I am with a cheap cigar hanging our my ear!!! Not a pretty picture, but…

So picture Iceman sitting at the table, with a cheap cigar hanging out his ear.

I could hardly hear what the cigar voice was saying, even with it shoved tight into my ear! It said,,, Light me,,,,, Light me ,,, over and over! (well what do I have to lose at this point), so I lit the cigar! It was not easy! Try sticking a cigar in your ear some time if your 18 or older and a Super hero, and try lighting it!!! Better yet try to inhale through your ear!!

Only a Super Hero should even attempt this boys and girls!!

It was a pretty site I am sure, The Red hot glow of the cigar as I inhaled through my right ear, and exhaled through my mouth, with a very small amount of trailing smoke coming out my left ear. One interesting side note, I found it easier to blow smoke rings using this method!

The voice then said, ( in a tone so low that it took all of Icemans ice crystals to hear the fait voice), smoking can be hazardous to your hearing!
Wow Holy smoke screens!!! That’s all Iceman needed at this point in time is a smart ask, talking cheap Cigar!!

I pull the Cheap Cigar from my ear, and in ANGER broke it in half, only to find an OBJECT falling to the table that was imbedded in the talking smart ask cheap cigar!!
Jason,,,I mean Bowula,,,, is this what you wanted to pass on to me … Jason,,,, JASON ,,, THANKS MY Alien Half human bowling buddy!!

As you may remember, I was so upset, that I broke the cigar in half and threw it on the table!! I then notice a funny Pink smoke flowing out of both half’s of the cigar, and meeting in the center and flowing upward!

A very dense smoke, that had that smell you get when you light those little round disk on the 4th of July, and they grow into a snake,,,,,, anyway that smell. Then before my eyes appears out of the smoke, almost like a Genie, This PINK PURPLE People Eater, eater!

No help,,, may Jack Frost have mercy on ICEMAN’s soul!! I took a deep breath, (gulp), and said: Iceman wishes for a 1967, Corvette Sting Ray, convertible, 3 duce’s, 4 speed! The color maroon, with the black air scope and black leather interior!

He then ( the purple people eater, eater, replyed) “ Are you sure you don’t want a burial plan”! (If there is anything I hate it’s a smart ASK, Purple People eater, EATER!)!

He had no Fricken idea what ICEMAN had planned for my duel on the intergalactic bowling lanes!!

O,,, I almost forgot Gene,,, the Vet must have Tiger Paw’s for tires!!!

In almost a split second, out of NOWHERE there it was in front of me, with a full tank of primo gas!!

I went to Prom in that Vet back in 1967!! Loved that CAR!! My Uncle let me borrow it for 24 hours,,, and I was in it 23 of them 24!! I danced with my date for 1 hour then out the door and into those black leather seats and cursing all the hamburger joints here in town, it was the era of the MUSCLE CAR's and I had that
427, 3 duce's monster!! Made my GTO feel like a Volkswagen!!!

The key to this victory has a lot to do with me, and my disposition at the time of the bowl off!! Let me just say this, “My demeanor at this point in time is that of a 17 year old going to prom, not that of a 64 year old burnt out, broken down X Proud X Iron Worker! Yes this car was the endorphin rush that Iceman needed to feel, COOL, and look the part for the bowling this dimensional return duel!

I got in that Vet and turn on the key, and noticed that nothing happened? The top was down, so I simply jumped out over the door, after pulling the hood release! Opened the hood, and to my surprise the engine had been replaced with a, (( how can I put this, 427 cubic inch, with 3 deuces laying on top bowling ball,,,,,,the 3 duces were simple that,,,, PLAYING CARDS? “ I don’t get it??”

The bowling ball shaped engine had a familiar look to it, and even a fragrance that reminded me,,,, MY GOD,,, YES,, The Victory Road!! Yes that warm maple syrup smell, unlike the grease and oil ICEMAN was expecting!

PURPLE COLOR,,,, I am bowling the Purple People Eater! This is beyond strange, and almost like a nightmare. Then the thought came to me, to pull out of my left rear pocket my book, “1001 Dreams and Their Meaning!” I never leave home with it, I wouldn’t dream of leaving it!!!!

There it was on the LAST PAGE….. of the chapter entitled: “Dreams That Go Beyond STRANGE Related to Bowling for Dimensional Return Duels With Creatures that are Purple” ((( I began to read)),,, “Dreaming of a bowling ball under the hood of a 427 convertible 1967 Vet, with 3 duces laying on the engine”….. NOW the sweet Road to Victory is clear to Me!! All I need to do……….. to be continued……….

Ok, the Book Of Dreams says that the 427 Hy road ball shaped engine, with 3 duce’s on top under your vets hood is:

1. Sign you have been drinking too much cheap artificially flavored, fermented Grape juice!

3. Sign you need a vacation from bowling, GET A LIFE!!
4. Sign you need to take a deep, breath,,, let it out,,, now Once again,,,, now call for HELP!

That’s it? The chapter, on Vets with a 427 Hy-Road ball shaped engine, and that’s it!!?? What the heck is that noise…. Sounded like something in the bowling ball, shaped engine! STRANGE??? I put my ear on the side of the ball and could hear in plain English, let me out,,,, over and over!!

I grabbed the jack and jacked the vet up! (like it wasn’t already)…. But it did smell Grape!

I noticed a screw on the bottom of the Hy-Road engine! I grabbed a monkey that was walking by at just the right moment, and begin using the monkey as a wrench, sort of a monkey wrench!

After removing the screw, a huge amount of Purple, VERY THICK liquid almost a gel, came flowing out all over the ground. Then,,,,, it started moving toward the center, and formed THIS!!! What the……..

Its been a little over a year since I ran into Jason/Bowula, at a crash UFOr site.... he was laying about 40 yards from from the impact site, with the disguise you see in the picture on the left. He had in his right hand a DV8 bowling ball of some kind, it was hard to make out because of the smoke, and charred condition of the ball. As I picked him up, he spoke with a very,,, very weak alien voice, " I am Bowula, I come to Bowl"!! And man has he!!! You might call him Mr. 300!

Ok, I did digress due to Bowlula’s 300 game yesterday!

I said to myself, what is this shape-shifting purple cigar smoking glob, doing coming out the bottom of a 427 bowling ball block engine in this 1967 vet?

Before I could say anything at all, It grabbed the 3 duce’s (playing cards), off the top of the engine, and threw them in a fountain, that was a few feet away! He then began singing this beautiful song, and the fountain came to life!!!

I notice that the side of the fountain had a sign, ( ylati ) as place of origin,,, can anyone decode this and tell me the Reverse dimensional country this fountain is in??

The Purple People eater is huge, and if Iceman were to lose, would have been NO match for his voluminous size and strength!

What am I talking about…. ME,,, ICEMAN lose to some ding bat One eyed, One horn, Purple people Eater?
I think not!!

I am growing in leaps and bounds as the water upon hitting my outer body, quick freezes, and increases my size at an incredible rate!
As of this moment I am 10 1/3 times larger than I was just an hour ago…

Wanting this to be an even match I will remove my body from the fountain spray, once I reach Purple People Eater size!

Then my inner thermal nuclear freezing unit will hold the volume as long as needed. I should check my batteries out that operate the freezing unit! Hummmm I am almost in the yellow DANGER area, this bowl off needs to happen quick! I don’t have access to my charging unit here in this dimension!

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think that the size will help me bowl better, but if after beating the diabolical Purple People Eater, he decides to eat Iceman, he will have nothing but an Iceberg to contend with!

Just as the Titanic went down, so will IT, if it is a sore loser!

TAKE LESSIONS from a g GRAND MASTER Bowling Instructor in THIS dimension! Bowling is very different in many respects.

The Oil patterns change, on their own at will, but only at the beginning of each new game! Its called AI oil! (artificial intelligence), very expensive even here, but what a challenge.

Pins have feet, and can move to either avoid your AI Ball, or help you with your score, depending on the mood they are in! They don’t like High speed bowlers, but don’t mind high revolutions, at a moderate speed. They can only move to make slight corrections, or make slight misalignments.

The Grand Master gave me some good pointers in regards to bowling in this dimension! The Oil with its AI, (artificial intelligence) is ok, in that it only changes at the beginning of each game, but that means you can bowl 3 different patterns a series of 3 games!! They have different names her in Bowula’s dimension:

1. Our Us Open pattern is called , Holy ****
2. Our Shark pattern is called, O mega 3
3. Our turnpike pattern is called: Collision

You get the drift, different name, but very similar lay out!
One thing that the Grand Master taught me is to make an offering to the oil on the lanes before bowling! (YOU NEVER SEE THIS in our dimension)

Since the oil does have Artificial intelligence it can have attitude, and is sensitive to comments made by bowlers. You never want to say things like, “this oil sucks”, or “I wonder where they got this crappy oil, out of a recycle bin for used motor oil”, or worse yet, “ I hate this Fricken sorry ask, excuse of what they call oil!” That is one of the ultimate insults, that CAN CAUSE THE AI oil to change on you in a given game! (Can you even imagine bowling 3 or 4 different patterns in ONE GAME, and not know what to expect before each and every delivery)!!

So to make an offer to the oil you need to get down on your knee’s at the approach, and bend at the waist with your arms over your head, palms pointed downward, touch ever so lightly the oil just beyond the foul line, (if performed correctly, you will feel ever so slight a tingling in your middle, and ring finger!)
While doing this say this 3 times, “Oil, Oil, on the lane, give this bowler a decent game!”

Then you get off your knee’s do an about face, with your back to the bowling lane, bend at the waist, Crossing your arms in front of you and on opposite knee’s Then let a FART! The more volume, the more likely the oil will be appeased, and pleased! I know,, I thought the same thing, (((this part of the ritual STINKS, but to AI lane oil, it’s a gas!!

should you EVER ANGER THE AI OIL, you must make an OFFERING SHOWN BELOW!!

The problem was Nuts!! The doctor said to quit eating so many mixed nuts! He said nuts can have a negative effect on your thought process, leaving others to think your somewhat squirrely! Which may be the reason why I am drawn to nuts! I am somewhat squirrely, so I have been told! I know this might sound nut's but since the cut back on Pistachios, and Pecans,,, my bowing skills are about the same, and the pain I use to have is still there!!

He graduated a few months back from police academy,,, and should be leaving Worlds of fun for a Law Enforcement Job soon! He has already passed most of the background checking, and lie detector test!

RIP,,,, the Orient Express,,, I did a lot of the welding on that roller coaster! I remember after we built it. Iron Workers Local #10, they tested it with bags filled with sand... Then us Iron Workers, got in for the fist humans to test it out.... What a blast that was!!

They had to take it down after many years of service do to metal fatigue! IT just got old like Me!! LOL Lucky for me, I haven't been dismantled yet!!

Ha, so!! It was the rides of rides, that Iceman helped put up... It now has been replaced with a, (want-ta-be-coaster-replacement)! Funny a guy I bowl with named Chad, said it was his first rollercoaster ride, and the ride that got him into traveling all over the country on vacations riding various coasters!! He said that his bowling average went up 20 pins just after riding the Orient Express!! I bowl with chad on Thursdays, and he had a 805 series last week on another team!

Roller coasters built with some help from Iceman, did some welding on this FANTASTIC ride!

After bowing with my young friend Jason, also called The Dude in these parts of Missouri, I have decided that he has finally found the ball that complements his bowing ability!

He, literally right out of the box and drilling threw what should have been a 300!!!! First shot, was a one pin leave, 10 pin, which he picked up, then Holy Batman Robin,,, 11 in a role,,, then a few into the next game!!

After Watching The Dude throw that Dude, I have decided to STOP MY REQUEST FOR A JOUIST!!!

To do battle with him would be a massacre, that at my age I might not recover from!!

I am VERY HAPPY the DV8 made this ball for THE DUDE! I have seen him throw other DV8's, and he always did well with that brand.

BUT THIS BALL WAS MADE FOR HIM!!! Other then getting a little upset, and missing a few EASY SPARES, that he NEVER misses normally, he would have been flirting with a 800 series with a new ball right off the drill press!!

I withdraw my request to do battle,,, One Dude is enough, but TWO DUDES is insurmountable!

Have not heard much from this Alien hybrid from the planet Bowl-U-La! He is not bowling this fall on any leagues, but does plan on bowling the AMF Big 22. A good paying league that starts up this coming January 2015.

He ask if I wanted to go throw some balls with him at the AMF in North Kansas Ctiy? Practice????

I told him that I bowl in Plattsburg with my son on Thursdays, ( those wood lanes that have changed my life for the better).

I am wondering WHY since I have not heard form him in months?

Could it be that he is thinking about asking ME to bowl with him on the Big 22 league. Remember he came in second place the year before last, with his new to bowling friend Adam, and won 3000 a piece! Adam did not bowl with him last year, and he didn't place in any of the money slots.

Adam had a 140 or so average, but really came into his own the DAY OF THE tournament. Some thought he was sand bagging, but I KNOW FOR SURE it was just the right DAY, and The planets were in alignment just right for him to kick out some great scores, plus that incredible 7 10 pick up that Jason had to make to win that 3000 bucks, and place second.

I have always thought it would be interesting to bowl this two person tournament with Jason! I had my first 300 on this league! ICEMAN likes two person leagues because it moves quick! Don't like the seating around associated with 4 and 5 person leagues.

Could this be the year that We combine our supernatural forces that in the past have been directed against one another, and take on all the AMF's in our local area for the Big Prize?

He hasn't ask me,,, but if he did,,,, I just might consider,,, we FEED OFF OF EACH OTHER when it come to bowling. The last league we were on together, with Chad, we won big time! In fact we won that league two years consecutively!

Their is a MAGIC,,,,

IF not I will have Rob, fly out and take his place! ROB THE BOWLING GOD of the Vegas tormanment!!! Rob are you available on Sunday afternoons starting this coming January?? The prize money will more then take care of your flying expenses...
