    Default thank you

thank for the article " Your Evil Non-Bowling Twin by Susie Minshew ". what an eye opener that one was. It made so much sense to me when I was reading it. I have league tommorrow night so I plan on applying some of the things I've learned and hopefully it helps. I've spent so much time trying to develop my physical game that I forgot about my mental game. thanks yall

    Default mental game

Thank you all again for the great articles. I have finally read through all of the ones I got plus the ones I found online myself and am going to put them to work on tuesday at league. I think of the mental and physical game that the mental is the most dificult to work on. But I have confidence that doing so will make me a better bowler.

what did you work on? Which article did you take the most from. I can certainly relate to the article about my evil twin. I found some other really good ones that I will try and post later.
