    Default Lesson session

sup all? just had my first lesson ever! and wow! I had medium to medium high revs the way I was releasing the ball, which was the wrong way. My instructor today showed me how my hand should be coming out of the ball. He told me to just fell it falling/ coming off of my two fingers and wow my fingers work now as a whip.. I dont know how else to describe the feeling other then prolly the correct way to release a bowling ball. lol wow! my ball bites so hard now! The way I was releasing it was more of me, "not trusting my equipment" and trying to help the ball, rather then just letting the ball do the work!

I can't wait till tomorrow and hit the lanes for some practice.

this could be a ah hah moment!

snug.......great news ! Doesn't it feel good when you finally FEEL IT ? Keep up the good work and practice, practice, practice, til you are doing it in your sleep. You won't regret it.

I used to force my ball a lot, now I just let it fall of my hand and watch it work. As long as you hit your mark good things usually happen.

My coach is a PBA member he has bowled 67 perfect games. He only charges 25 bucks an hour and he video tapes you. I'm gonna call him in about 2 weeks and schedule another session. He told me to practice what he showed me for at least 2 weeks.

If you live in the KC area ill hook you up with the info

Glad you got great feedback from your lesson. So many on hre, especially in the past, thought lessons were a waste of money. For me it was money well spent and sounds that way for you too!
*No, I can't coach myself. I can't fix that many problems at once!
