After 16 years, I got one out of my system tonight.
236/235/266 = 737
Been a long time coming. I think it was 2001 or 2002 since I bowled a 700. I've been back a little over 1.5 years now, so this feels real damn good. Only pock mark was one open, a 2-4-10 split (light hit). All of this was on the 2 worst lanes in the house. Won both brackets I was in, too! Average up to 209.

I was out of sanctioned, once a week leagues for 16 years, give or take. I believe it was still the 1990's the last time I threw one. I had plenty in the 80's and 90's. I've been bowling for 42 years, however, my girlfriend would probably say I behave like I'm 16.....

Not quite last week, but still a good night. 234/218/220 = 672. This one was a learning experience. One open first game, clean second. I thought I saw a transition coming at the end of the second, and I bit. Hard. It wasn't there. Opened 3 of the first 4. Went back to where I was and tore off 7 straight. Live and learn. Still took all my points. Average stays at 209. If I pop one more week like this, I'll finally see 210, which is where I was way back when.....
Just because, my average for the last two weeks is 234.
