Default Back from the county tourny

So today I bowled in the singles and doubles county tournament.

    Doubles: 186-222-217 = 625
    Partner: 192-211-235 = 638
    Total w/ handicap = 1365

    Singles: 212-256-236 = 705 w/ handicap = 772

Started with the doubles portion then singles. Started off with the Pitbull but struggled, moved to the Grudge Hybrid and savaged the first game with a 186 by striking 4 in a row. After the all change, I couldn't miss. Several 3 + bagger. At the days end was 4th for singles handicap, prolly won't hold as it was only first day of tourny. But I did win $100 on brackets. Improved from last year, all I can ask for right?

Talked to David in Muncie yesterday. They are having a Brunswick/DV8/Radical demo soon as well as a EBI/Hammer/Track/C300.

Its about a 3hr drive from here but really good people and their prices are crazy cheap compared to around here. Usually not a packed house so you get plenty of demo time. I think at the Motiv demo I bowled about 5 games lol.

Edit: sorry for the slight derail Blomer

For the most part, game 1 was me. Wasn't hitting my mark, poor release, etc, etc. the guys we bowled with were all over the place and perhaps that was part of it also as their lines were never the same and one using plastic. The GH just played so well. I could use my regular line and speed and with the Pitbull I had to slow it down and keep it more inside. Been thinking about changing the surface a bit so it won't hook too soon. Maybe 1000-2000? I'm going see how it goes one more week before talking to my PSO. But I would suggest the ball, I do like it. ALOT.
