    please note that the ball is drilled from that white dot, (weight block) on the left of it.
    so it's like this
    o o *
    o

    *= weight block

    The Reckless is a symmetrical ball. Where in relation to your grip centerline is the DV8 engraved?

    I don't understand what you mean Bill, what's the grip centerline look like?
    I don't think it's engraved.

    All DV8 balls are engraved with a very small DV8, about a 1/8" big. It's ball colored so it does blend in easily. That's the CG. The grip centerline is exactly that; if you make a line from the center of your grips to your thumb hole, that's the centerline of the grips.

    But in the pic the pin is to the left of your grip centerline. In your diagramn, above, you show it to the right. What happened there?

    I'll say this ball is drilled for a righthander why?
    Because that picture has been flipped, it's a mirror image. Notice the word Reckless is backwards.

    Here's the picture flipped back. Notice the word reckless can now be read properly.

    If you mean the Reckless was drilled based on a white dot drilled like this:

    Fingers-> O O*

    Thumb---->O

    This is a right hand layout.

    Even after you pointing out the Reckless was reversed I was reading it correctly. Guess I look at DV8 balls so much my eye sees them the way they were intended.

    This should make it easier to see.
