    On your third step you need to push off with your right leg while keeping the left foot on the ground, then it will be like your third step is pushing your left foot into a slide. That might keep your foot on the ground instead of in the air like that.

    My third step is my left foot. I'm not sure how I can make my fifth step slide from the third step. I think you might be miscounting how many steps I'm taking. I always don't really care about sliding on that last step.

    And which foot are you talking about keeping on the ground? My right leg?

    Yes your right leg. You want the toe of your right foot to remain on the floor on that last step. That will help tremendously with your balance and help give you more leverage. When your right leg goes up in the air it gives you too much bend at the waist (see video and stop it while you'r at the line to see this). Give it a try you'll feel much more balanced.
