Default a few tips for everyone

    a few tips

if you are having a hard time staying behind the ball push down with your index finger it will help

think u have a good back swing? if you do see if you feel the float at the top of your swing and do you wait on your ball? try humming thur your approach this will be a clear sign if you muscle the ball you will hear what i am talking about

worried about ball speed? move back or forward your speed will change

leaving a lot of 10s (7s for lefties) move a 1/4 of an inch back or forward this will change your entry angle just a little helping remove some of thos 10s

and always remember every frame is a new game

And if nothing else works switch to better beer - I prefer microbrews but to each their own. I like quality over quantity. I have also found mini tacos to be very effective in helping you bowl better. Bowled all my 700 series after I ate mini tacos from bowling alley food place.

This all the way. Don't bowl when you're starving, you won't be performing to your highest potential.
Also my friend on my team bowls WAYY better when he had a few beers. Slows his bodybuilding body down a hell of a lot and can actually find the sweet spot lol

Depends on how the ten pin is being left. If you're leaving flat tens, where the pin that should be doing a whack job on the tenpin just lays in the gutter, the half board toward the ball side almost always works. For the ringing ten, where the "hit pin" goes flying right around the ten, Noeymc's adjustment is the way to go. You may have to play around to find the right distance to move back.

Those tips are so simple, but so perfect. Everything you described, I have trouble with. I will definitely put these tips into play next time I'm at the lanes.
